Marie Adler creates wines that reflect the unique terroir and soul of Pflaz. The vineyard is located in Leistadt, where small, unconnected plots characterize the landscape. The majority of the vineyards are located in the Berntal nature reserve, creating optimal conditions for organic viticulture.

Focusing on the regional grape varieties – Riesling, Sylvaner, Portugieser and Traminer – Marie cultivates approximately 2.3 hectares. All wines ferment naturally in her small limestone vaulted cellar.

In addition to viticulture, Marie contributes to the biodiversity of the Berntal Nature Reserve by letting her sheep graze the area.

Marie Adler's wines are a tribute to nature, sustainability and the proud wine traditions of the area.
