L'apical

Sergi Sevillano and Martí Giralt founded L'Apical with a clear mission: to work with the indigenous grape varieties of Penedès. Since starting in 2012 with a production of just 1,200 bottles, they have slowly and surely expanded production to 12,000 bottles in 2019.

Under the L'apical brand, they produce wines that reflect the soul of the area, where the Mediterranean breeze and the warmth of the sun create optimal conditions for viticulture. The philosophy is simple: fidelity to the soil and the grape varieties for which the area is known. In 2018, 10,000 bottles were produced – each one an expression of L'Apical's deep respect for Penedès and its unique terroir.
